Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Vacuum
Securely place the vacuum cleaner and all original accessories, manuals, and filters back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
